He has been in the renewable energy industry for more than a decade with experience in business development, project management, and power supply contract negotiations. His career began at Emerging Power Incorporated (EPI), where he played a crucial role in expanding. He transitioned to Tamoin Industrial Corporation (TISCO) as Business Development Officer. There, he was instrumental in identifying new business opportunities and later assumed the critical role of Site Manager during the construction of the 10.7 MW Bunker Plant in Surigao City.
Continuing his journey in the renewable energy space, Arnold joined Surya Source Energy as a Business Development Officer for Visayas and Mindanao. His expertise in identifying potential clients and partners for rooftop and utility-scale solar projects contributed to the company’s expansion in the region. His strategic vision and deep understanding of energy markets led him to Total Power Incorporated (TPI) where he worked as Business Development Manager for five (5) years.
As the CEO & President of Axciona Energy, Arnold leverages his extensive industry experience to drive the company’s mission of advancing solar, wind, hydro, and biomass energy projects. His leadership is rooted in fostering strategic partnerships, optimizing project development, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of renewable energy solutions.
