Chairman of the Board

A visionary leader and passionate advocate for sustainable energy, he recognized the need for the Philippines to transition toward renewable energy. With an unwavering commitment to creating a cleaner and more sustainable future, he dedicated himself to pioneering change in the energy sector.

Fueled by his strong desire to contribute to national progress, he co-founded Axciona Energy alongside his business partner, Mr. Arnold Mandin, who now serves as the company’s President.

Together, they built a company driven by innovation, strategic partnerships, and environmental responsibility, with a mission to develop and operate cutting-edge solar, wind, and hydro energy projects.

Chief Executive Officer & President

He has been in the renewable energy industry for more than a decade with experience in business development, project management, and power supply contract negotiations. His career began at Emerging Power Incorporated (EPI), where he played a crucial role in expanding. He transitioned to Tamoin Industrial Corporation (TISCO) as Business Development Officer. There, he was instrumental in identifying new business opportunities and later assumed the critical role of Site Manager during the construction of the 10.7 MW Bunker Plant in Surigao City.

Continuing his journey in the renewable energy space, Arnold joined Surya Source Energy as a Business Development Officer for Visayas and Mindanao. His expertise in identifying potential clients and partners for rooftop and utility-scale solar projects contributed to the company’s expansion in the region. His strategic vision and deep understanding of energy markets led him to Total Power Incorporated (TPI) where he worked as Business Development Manager for five (5) years.

As the CEO & President of Axciona Energy, Arnold leverages his extensive industry experience to drive the company’s mission of advancing solar, wind, hydro, and biomass energy projects. His leadership is rooted in fostering strategic partnerships, optimizing project development, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of renewable energy solutions.

Marlon Fajardo Parot serves as our Chief Technical Officer, bringing over 35 years of leadership and technical expertise in the energy sector. His comprehensive knowledge of power generation, transmission, and distribution, combined with a strong track record of managing complex infrastructure projects, strengthens our organization’s strategic capabilities. His role is integral to ensuring the successful delivery of our engineering and energy initiatives.

Marlon has built a career marked by progressive leadership and technical excellence across both public and private sectors within the energy industry. At the National Transmission Corporation (TransCo), he served as Division Manager for the Zamboanga Branch, directing the management of vital transmission infrastructure and ensuring operational continuity throughout the Northwestern Mindanao region. His earlier tenure at the National Power Corporation (NPC) encompassed increasingly senior engineering and management roles, where he specialized in substation operations and transmission line systems, establishing a strong foundation in high-voltage network reliability and power system operations.

Prior to establishing his independent consultancy, Marlon held the position of Project Manager and Chief Technical Officer at Tamoin Industrial Services Corporation, where he led the successful development of a 100MW solar and 50MW wind power project—demonstrating his capability in managing large-scale renewable energy initiatives. He also served as a Consultant with the National Transmission Corporation, contributing technical insights to national grid operations. Since 2009, he has maintained a parallel practice as a licensed electrical engineer, actively engaged in the design, preparation, and certification of electrical plans. His professional journey also includes an academic role as a faculty member at the College of Engineering, Misamis University, where he contributed to the development of future engineering professionals.

With his extensive experience, deep technical knowledge, and proven leadership capabilities, Marlon is instrumental in driving our company’s technical vision, ensuring the successful execution of our projects, and fostering innovation within the energy sector.

  • Tapping and Energization of a 138 kV Interconnection for the 70 MW Diesel Plant of Marubeni Corporation / IASCO / Axia Power Holdings Inc. in Isabel, Leyte
  • Construction of the EPI Subic – Pastolan 230 kV Transmission Line
  • Development of the EPI 230 kV 150 MVA Substation located in Pastolan, SBMA
  • Rehabilitation and Rewiring of the 138/69/13.8 kV, 50 MVA Sangali Transformer No. 1
  • Repair and Rehabilitation of Damaged 138 kV Transmission Towers along the Aurora–Sta. Clara and Sta. Clara–Sangali 138 kV Line 1
  • Construction of 69 kV Bypass Lines along the Sangali–Zamboanga City Line 2
  • Design and Installation of Standby Generator Systems, including the construction of a genset facility
  • Development of the Zamboanga Branch Office, supporting expanded operational capabilities in the region
