She also served as a Legal Consultant for several government entities such as the Department of Transportation and Communication (Right of Way Projects), the Department of Interior & Local Government (Special Projects), and the Department of Energy (Renewable Energy Projects).
She is the former Vice President for Legal & Corporate Affairs of PNOC Renewables Corporation, the renewable energy subsidiary of the state-owned Philippine National Oil Company Group of Companies. Concurrent with this role, she worked with affiliates and partners of the DOE in developing policy regulations to improve the renewable energy sector of the country.
She is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, the Energy Lawyers Association of the Philippines, and the Institute of Corporate Directors. She is an advocate of clean energy, environment, and education.

ENERGY CHINA PHILIPPINES BRANCH OFFICE was established in China year 1958 and Philippines year 2018. It is a large state-owned enterprise who mainly engages the construction water conservancy and hydropower projects, thermal power projects, roads and bridges, industrial and civil buildings, power transmission and transportations, installation of electrical and mechanical equipment and hydropower investment. It possesses an integrity industrial chain of survey and design, project contracting and investment and operation. It was awarded with highest grade qualification for general contracting of water conservancy projects, power projects, housing construction projects and municipal public project in China.
ENERGY CHINA has persisted in self-motivation and striving for excellence, and vigorously implemented the strategy of development in all-around way and going out, and has participated in over 120 water conservancy and hydropower projects and 180 thermal power projects, as to form a development pattern of multi-industry, trans-regional and multinational operation.
China Power Engineering Consulting Group (“CPECC” for abbreviation), a state-owned company, was established in May 2018 by incorporating 6 regional design institutes affiliated to China Power Engineering Consulting Group Co., Ltd. and 14 provincial design institutes affiliated to China Energy Engineering Group Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 10 billion yuan (≈USD 1.5 billion).
